AdsHelper Terms of Service
Please read these terms of service carefully to ensure that you understand each provision.
We, AdsHelper reserves the right to change our Services, Pricing, any AdsHelper Terms and notice,
and any other terms and condition with or without prior notice. However, if there are any changes
made that bring an adverse impact to you, and you had a contract and: or prepaid for a time period,
you may inform us within seven days after being informed of the changes that you do not agree.
Your Rights and Obligations
During the registration with AdsHelper, you are responsible for using your username and your email
address and should never share it with a third party to access your account. If you have authorized
other users to use your service with AdsHelper, you are responsible for all the individuals that you
had authorized to use your services.
Charges and Free Trials
Based on our Payment Terms, you must pay all applicable fees timely. If you sign up for a free trial
period for our services, we may require you to provide us with a valid credit card and start charging
you automatically on the first day after the free trial is over, unless you cancel your account before
the end of the free trial period. However, if the credit card is removed during the trial period, the
trial account will be suspended immediately.
Cancellation
You may cancel the service any time you desire. If you would like to cancel a paid service, you must pay
throughout any agreed term and you are not entitled to any refund. However, if your credit card is unable
to charge and the payment had past due, your account will be suspended immediately. Once your account is
suspended more than the designated period, AdsHelper reserves the right to terminate your account without
notice. At the same time, we may also cancel your services at our sole discretion, for any reason without
notice at any time.
